The Indy Land Bank offers different
opportunities for independent contractors to
be involved. Lawn care, debris removal, and
boarding contractors are needed yearly to
make sure our properties are secured and not
a nuisance to the neighborhood. Also, some
of our properties require additional work to
bring them into code compliance, so
contractors are hired for that as well.
If you are a licensed contractor with the
City of Indianapolis and would like to do
contract work for us, sign up for our email
list and you will be notified via email when
opportunities become available.

The Mowing RFQ is CLOSED
