The first step in donating your property to the Indy Land Bank is making sure your property taxes are paid for the current year (both cycles). Next, make sure there are no open code violations. Once that has been done, email your proposed donation to indylandbank@indygov.org and the Indy Land Bank Manager will respond to your request as soon as possible.
